Early access — pending legal review
Terms of Service
Effective date set at publication. Finalized with a lawyer before wide release.
The service
JipJip is a VPN for Android. It offers free limited-speed access and, later, higher-speed VIP access controlled by your account. JipJip is reliability-first: we aim to stay connected and recover quickly, but we do not guarantee any specific speed.
Accounts
- You sign in with an email and password. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account is for one person on one device. Do not share, resell, or transfer it.
- We may disable an account for abuse, sharing, or a leaked credential.
Acceptable use
Use JipJip lawfully. Do not use it to break the law, attack or abuse others, send spam, or overload the service. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Availability
JipJip is provided on a best-effort basis. During early / soft-launch stages there is no uptime guarantee. Some mobile networks may block secure connections at times — that is outside our control, and the app shows an honest status and suggests alternatives (Wi-Fi or another SIM). Servers, regions, and features may change.
Access & payment
Your access level (free or VIP) is read by the app from our backend. Payment happens only on our separate website, never inside the app. Buying VIP grants a time-limited access period; when it ends, access returns to the free tier until renewed.
Refunds
Any refund terms are defined on our website at the time payment is offered. No refund is processed inside the app. We won’t promise a refund flow here that isn’t yet available.
Termination
You may stop using JipJip at any time and request account deletion via support@jipjipmm.com. We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these terms or to protect the service.
Disclaimers & changes
JipJip is provided “as is” without warranties of uptime, speed, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. We may update these terms and will change the effective date; the governing law is finalized at publication.
