- Your phone model and Android version.
- Your network (Wi-Fi or mobile, and which SIM).
- What you did and what you saw, plus a Diagnostics screenshot from the app.
Never send your password, and we never ask for it. If a network says it’s blocking secure connections, try Wi-Fi or another SIM first.

This page is updated by hand — it is not a live monitor. It reflects what the operator last posted, not a real-time check.

Known limitations
- Some mobile networks block secure connections at times — that’s the network, not the app.
- Two server regions today (Tokyo, Singapore).
- Early, best-effort service — no uptime guarantee yet.
